Due to privacy reasons, you will not be able to see your full last name in the app nor can you find your application ID in the app.
It's important to note that your provider will always be able to see your progress because it is tied to your SYEP ID.
On the home page, it will only show your first name. On your profile page, you will see your first name and last initial.

If the Hats and Ladders' account does not show your name, then the account is not tied to your application ID. You will not receive credit for the progress made on the account!
Please create a new account using a new email address and register the account using the right Application ID.
