If you step away from your device for 10 minutes or more (to grab a drink, give your dog a pat, or attend to any other important business) you will be asked to sync your newest data to make sure everything is securely stored in the App. Remember to always log out of every device to avoid any syncing issues or delays.
We tinkered with the internal login process to improve how we retrieve your profile. It may take you a few more seconds to load your profile on login, but it’s much smoother now. Should you encounter a problem when logging in to the App, an error message will appear so that we can troubleshoot more quickly.
Fixed an issue where some users encountered a long wait when Favoriting Hats. Now, you’ll see a spinner so you’ll know your page is loading.
