How Do I Login to Hats & Ladders (DYCD Youths)?

Returning Users:

If you’ve used Hats & Ladders before & would like to use the same account:

Simply, log in using the same email address by going to:

app.hatsandladders.com/dycd and click "Start".

On login, on the pop-up asking if you are enrolled in 2023 SYEP, click "Yes". 

New Users:

If you are or New User or just want to start a new account, you need:

Your own Email address 

Your SYEP ID (Application ID)

Go to: app.hatsandladders.com/dycd and click "Start".

We recommend using your own personal email address to create your account.

You can log in by creating a NYC.ID account on the left-hand side, or by choosing an existing media account (like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) on the right-hand side of the screen.
