If you are using the same email address that you previously logged into the App with, you should see the same amount of XP in your account.
If your XP is empty, you may have accidentally signed in with a new email address. You can easily check which account you are using by clicking on your Profile icon in the upper right of the screen. If you are still having trouble finding your XP, please reach out to the Help Team in the Hats & Ladders App.
