If you can't access your old email address, you may start over using a new email address. To do so, you may create a new account using a new email address.
You also have the option to change the email address associated with your account. If you would like to do so, please reach out to the Help Desk in the Hats & Ladders App. Send us a ticket with your name and the email address you were using before, as well as the email address that you would like to use going forward. It will take our team a few days to respond to these requests.
