(NYC SYEP Only) Can I organize my youth into specific groupings in the Dashboard?

Youth are organized in groups according to the DYCD contract IDs.  Those contract IDs are specific to YY and OY cohorts.  At this time, we cannot create custom groupings for the SYEP program.
