My youth have told me that the group code isn’t working and that they can’t login. What can I do to fix this?

Occasionally, users will have difficulty logging in or will run into an obstacle or receive an error code. When this happens, they should follow these steps:

• Close browser being used
• Clear cache (for instructions on how to do this, follow this link for Chrome and this link for Safari)
• Restart device
• Re-enter URL and follow normal log-in instructions 
• When prompted, input group code (double-checking to make sure it is the correct code)
