Hello Returning SYEP Participants!
If you receive a message titled "We Haven't Received Your Registration Yet" after logging in and clicking "Yes" to if you are participating in the current SYEP pop up, please verify the following:
- That you are currently enrolled in SYEP on DYCD Application Status Checker
- You received an SYEP enrollment confirmation email from your provider.
- If you are not enrolled it is normal to see this message, as you cannot access the new orientation before you are enrolled.
- If you are enrolled but access Hats and Ladders before the full 24 hours starting from the time you received an SYEP enrollment confirmation email from your provider, it might be normal to see this message. Please wait the full 24 hours before trying again.
- If you are enrolled and is still getting this message after 24 hours, it is not normal to see this message. Please create and use a new Hats and Ladders account for the new SYEP Orientation by either:
Creating and logging in with a new NYC.ID account
OR
Signing in with a new social login account (Gmail, Yahoo, Linkedin, etc
