If you receive any error messages titled "Something went wrong", please create a new Hats and Ladders account by either:
Creating and logging in with a new NYC.ID account
Signing in with a new social login account (Gmail, Yahoo, Linkedin, etc)
and sign in initially on either a smart phone using cellular data (5g/6g) or on a different internet network (library, school, etc.)
This is a known issue and usually arises when you initially sign into Hats and Ladders on a new account in an area with poor WIFI/Internet connection or on a filtered network.
After the initial sign in, subsequent sign in could be on any device on any network, but make sure to stick to one device when doing all your 10 tasks.
If creating and logging into a new Hats and Ladders account does not resolve the issue (on the new account), please reach out to the Help Desk Team.
