We've issued a fix for this and it may require a hard clearing of your cache for the fix to be reflected on your end.
If you're using a desktop here are some shortcuts to doing a hard refresh.
For any device:
Please log out, clear your cache, close all browser windows and attempt to log in again.
If you are using Chrome mobile browser on a computer, iPhone, iPad, or Android: Clear Cache in Chrome
If you are using Safari on iPhone, iPad, or MAC: Clear Cache in Safari
Ensure all your browser windows are closed. Then, return to: https://syep.nyc.hatsandladders.com/
You should see V3.8.3 if your cache was cleared successfully as in the image below.
